By accessing or using Striver (the "Service") at startstriver.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Striver is a workout tracking application that allows you to create workout templates, log workout sessions, track personal records, and monitor your fitness progress. The Service is available as a web application with optional account creation for cloud syncing.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Striver offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The free tier includes core functionality with certain limits (e.g., maximum number of templates). The Pro tier removes these limits and provides additional features.

Pro subscriptions are available as monthly, annual, or lifetime plans. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a Pro plan or purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all workout data you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our express permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Striver is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical or health advisory service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from workouts tracked using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Striver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
